My husband made a reservation for an Alaska cruise to be taken in May (this is January).He was told by Holland that he had until March 3rd to cancel for a 100% refund after paying for 1/2.
He also purchased travel insurance. He cancelled the reservation Jan. 24th only to be told it was subject to a $250 cancellation fee as their website states. (you don't see the fine print and nobody will tell you about this).
Nevertheless, the agent told him it was 100% percent refundable before March 3rd!They practice deceptive trade and we are going to try suing to get back our money. 2f7aa65
