Bought a and the lights did not work.Attempted to exchange it but because my receipt was at my daughters in another town, I had a picture of the receipt on my phone, they would do NOTHING!The manager Porche was so rude.

She avoided me and made me wait over 30 minutes.Signs at every register that explains the return policey with or without a receipt. Very poor management and at in Lake Jackson Texas.

I left a message on their customer service websit and have heard nothing.That says much for the companies customer service! 3165dc4

Xmas trees are seasonal and subject to different return guidelines. Most major retail places will not return or exchange seasonal items, especially with out a receipt.
