I emailed HMS erelations team and still have not gotten a call or email from them. What was the point of posting on here saying they would like to look into the issue? Trying to save face? Also, it is February 18, and HMS still has not repaired my microwave yet. Go with a different provider, this has been a horrible experience with HMS.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Poor service. Unresponsive. Poor follow through. Expensive deductible. Not worth the money.

Submitted claim January 24 for a microwave that stopped working. Took 3 days before a technician came out to take a look at it. When they finally came on January 27, they took 2 minutes to look at the device, and just plain out said they don't have parts.

Was told that they would be back Wednesday January 30, or at latest Friday February 1. On Friday when I recieved no updates or calls the entire week, I called HMS asking for an update. I was told they no report was submitted, they no work was authorized.

They tried and called the contractor and left voice message. They told me they would contact me back. I recieved no call, so I called HMS back on Monday February 4. They gave me the same response of that no report was provided and that they would try and contact the vendor.

Later in the day I contact them again to get a update, and I was then told that they now have the reported and that the contractor would be there Tuesday February 5 to complete repairs.

Once I get home, my wife tells me that the contractor called and told her that they would be there on Thursday February 7 instead. So I was forced to wait yet again.

On February 7, no one showed up, so On Friday February 8, I had to call HMS again to find out why no one showed, and why I didn't get a call!. They told me that, I was mistaken, that the parts wouldn't be available until February 13".

I asked when were parts ordered, and they told me that they were not ordered until Tuesday February 6". I told them that this is not what was told to me last week, and the operators response was in tune with, tough $%^&,.

Again I wait, I have my doubts that this will be completed this week'.

Do not waste your time and money with this company:. A quick google search of reviews, or just looking at this site will show you that this is a common occurance!. The operators misinform, putting it nicely, putting it bluntly, out right lie to you'. They do not care and I don't see that changing. 30c0a0a
