I ordered (2) complete sets of the cookware totaling over $280.They promised it would arrive before Christmas (just to make the sale) or I wasn't going to make the purchase?.

It never arrived/. I told them I'm cancelling my order, they tell me they don't know if they can;. They still haven't returned my money nor have I received the product". They took the total amount out of my account the 1st business day after I made the purchase!.

It doesn't do any good to call the "CUSTOMER SERVICE #" because no one will answer;.

I've called this ph# several times, but I could stay on there for 10 mins?., and no one ever answers ..I wish I knew what to do about this. 2f69a1f
