Ok, 88 years old not a lot of money but pretty hard of hearing?.So I trusted my audiologist/.

From the second month I started having problems with the aids!. Well 2 years later and constantly bringing the aids back for repairs from the beginning, the warranted aids are gone and now I am told, NO more free fixes:. My Son is mad as *** with Siemens not fixing the same issues from the start and stretching out the warranty period". 3500 dollars gone and pretty upset there's no resource help".

Best scam going/.

If this were a car dealership I could get help but the crooks lobbyist in the State don't have lemon laws to protect us here,.Insurance doesn't get involved to help either. 2f43e68

I got these hearing aids and they were not able to fix them so I could use them. I just gave up and put them away. I just waisted my money and being on a fixed income it didn't help my budget..

For ANY hearing aid fitting to be successful, there must be a team approach, with every party( Manufacturer, Dispenser/Audiologist, AND User) INVESTED in the outcome, and willing to WORK towards it. But all too often, people promise, and/or expect "Miracles". Siemens never promises "Miracles". They leave that to Miracle Ear, and other charlatans in the business. Sadly, you sound like the people who spend money to join a gym or health club, then never show up, and wonder why they aren't in better shape.
Take some responsability for your outcome. Ort just keep whining.

Yes, I agree with you completely. The Siemens Pure line was terrible, so was the Siemens centra line. In my opinion there should be a product recall for these.

I have the centra which are expensive and they are TERRIBLE, the sad thing is that Siemens does not care, you can't return them, exchange them, get credit NOTHING. I hate SIEMENS and do NOT recommend them to anybody. Go to Phonak they are better. My audiologist refuses to order the phonak he is 100% loyal to Siemens. Am looking for someone else.

Either you are a liar, or whoever sold you the aids is. Siemens allows ALL hearing aids to be returned, for FULL CREDIT, within 60 days of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS! They will even accept returns UP TO 90 DAYS after delivery, with an explanation. Most states MANDATE a 30 -45 day Trial Period. If you were so unhappy with them, and didn't return them within the Trial Period, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Doubt very much you're an "audiologist". If you are, REALLY doubt you ever fit more than a handful.Probably sell a different brand and trying to hurt your local competitor. I have fit over a THOUSAND people with both the Pure and Centras. You can't please everyone, but 90+% of my customers have reported "Satisfied" to " Love them". Besides the improved hearing, which I probably could have achieved with several other name brand manufacturers, only Siemens offers RECHARGEABLE aids, which my customers LOVE. With the difficulty that many hearing aid users have with changing tiny batteries every week to ten days, not to mention the cost, it is tantamount to professional MALPRACTICE to not at least offer this option to seniors with hearing loss . SHAME ON YOU!
