Harbor Point Condominium - A Very Poor Choice
Coach Roaches and Silver Fish infestation. They are everywhere. The building is so old that you have to keep your unit sprayed at least once a month. Secondly, sound is a problem. I constantly hear my neighbor upstairs and the neighbor next door. This includes constant hacking from a cough and television shows playing at all hours, which is very unpleasant....
