Great Clips - BAD HAIRCUT

DIDN'T GET HAIRCUT I ASK FOR.EVEN I ASKED FOR SPECIFIC NUMBER FOR A TOP OF MY HEAD,(NO:2),EMPLOYEE USED (NO:1).I'M PISSED AND UNHAPPY ABOUT MY HAIRCUT FROM "GREAT CLIPS" IN HILLSBOROUGH,N.J.
I TOLD EMPLOYEE,THAT I DON'T LIKE THE HAIRCUT BECAUSE I WASN'T CUT THE WAY I WANTED AND I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN FOR A HAIRCUT. AT THE END I PAID FOR IT AND I LEFT TWO DOLLARS TIP,BECAUSE I FELT BAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT LEAVING TIP.I HAD A COUPON FOR MY HAIRCUT SO A FEEL BETTER ,THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE.

It is unfortunate but sometimes there is a communications problem between the stylist and the customer. Great Clips will always do what it can to correct the problem. If the customer asks for a "re-do" a week or so later Great Clips will do the second haircut at no charge. Ask for the manager next time.
