This company is a complete joke! Wish I would of spent more time on internet researching about before I singed up with them to have a couple of my properties managed. If you are thinking about using this company to handle your rentals then factor in about 40-60% of your annual rental income going into their pockets. This company could honestly care less if your rental gets trashed and have to evict the tenants...just means more money in their pockets and another Marketing Fee.
And don't even think about using their "licensed contractors" for any repairs....what a complete joke! Charged me $175 just to paint a little griffite spot on the backyard wall that was about the size of 1 sq/ft would of cost me $12.50 at for a pint of paint and do it my . They won't even notify you of repairs if you use their contractors, you will just get your statement and see a negative cash flow because of all your repairs. I had to have a new shower head and cost $225 for their guy to do it.
I'm in the process of canceling my contract with them which is going to cost me probably $2000 in fees and I still have to contact them and tell them to not do anything! Just keep charging me my monthly management fees on my vacant properties and I Will handle the rest because I am fed up with their fees.
