GE Capital - Sams Club credit card rewards

I earned $446 worth of rewards in 2011 and the check was sent to us with statement and it accidentally was shredded.When they were called they said they would not re-issue the reward check said that it was expired.

I spend $3,000-$4,000 a month through this and I told him to just close the card. I have also earned $361 for 2012 and it was supposed to be sent with the Feb statement and it was not received. When they were called again they said I closed my account before the so all rewards are null and void which the rep never mentioned that at all.

I AM RIGHT NOW TAKING THIS TO SAM'S CLUB - GE CAPITAL IS A TOTAL RIP OFF - FIND ANOTHER CREDIT . 31658c0

"THIS BANK PICKED UP MAIL AT THERE PO BOX USPS AT 8:30 PM ON THE 5TH OF JANUARY 2012 and charged everyone that day a LATE FEE ILLEGALLY. This bank and credit card are so crooked and so OUT THERE that I would not put it past that someone is on the take here. When you send a payment in with guarantee delivery before 5:00 pm on the due date the 5th and the usps makes an attempt at approximately 10:00 am and 11:00 am and then they pick the mail up at 8:30 pm at a PO box and charge you a late fee. If you were charged a late fee on January 5, 2012 you need to get credit for that because you were charged illegally. You need to read my posts and those are "GE CAPITAL" "CROOKATITUS" and PayPal Smart Connect which I call "Idiotitus" as far as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that sends complaints to the wrong company well they have been givin the title "Confused Financial Pissonyou Bureau. This has been going on since 2011 and PayPal Smart Connect and GE Capital Retail Bank have not been penalized by any of these agencies state and federal which are The Department of Financial Institutions, The Office of the Comp Controller, The Department of Justice, The Federal Trade Commission along with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau which I also refer to as "Confused Financial Pissonyou Bureau" because they don't read nor do they pay attention. This agency sent one of my many complaints since 2011 that only has GE and PayPal listed to my Discover Card! Need I say more. Also,... Show more
