Discharged chapter 7 debt, 1990's ..I read about scrounging for debt but this is absurd, please take note anyone that is prying into your history can only do so for permissible reasons.

I am filing a class action this company has crossed the line into federal territory they have hacked into some data base to get his information that has been dead for eons.. ......

They have also request information to get cell phone number and have been placing calls........******.Iiiii 'Need to check credit that will be the end of it all what happened to they have SS # 3055879

also, GC svcs are only hired by creditors to collect on a bill. They do not buy accounts. So if they are calling you, its because the creditor made a mistake, not GC. :)

You arent going to get anywhere with your supposed lawsuit. Skiptracing (finding alternate ways to get ahold of a debtor) is 100% legal. There is no "hacking" involved. Collection agencies use a variety of legal online programs to find old or new phone numbers. They have special licenses for this. This has been normal practice for years.
