Gamefly - Gamefly Digital Downloads Hardly Ever Work

I used to order digital downloads from Direct2Drive.Now Gamefly took over the website so i have 10+ games that i have to download from their website.

I didn't have a single technical problem while downloading from Direct2Drive. Off of Gamefly's site though almost every Digital Download, if you can even get them to download the entire way, end up broken at the end anyways. I've spent 5+ hours on each game trying to get them to work. Furthermore their Customer Service is a joke.

Half are rude, the other half give you generalized answers like "make sure you're firewall isn't blocking x".

Even when you tell them beforehand that you tried that already lol. 30626ba

Pretty horrible. The whole point of a digital copy is that you can play it instantly and not have to worry about lugging all your new *** around. Because this IS NOT instant, what is really the point? I have been waiting a couple hours to download my game. Shame on me I suppose for buy a game on a Saturday.
