I had been a Gamefly customer for about 3 months. I had about 10 games in my queue, all of which were newer release games. All of the games had a short wait on them unfortunately there were no other games I was interested in renting.
About 15 days went by with no activity in my queue so I called Gamefly and asked if I would be charged for the time without any games being shipped to me, they said yes so I said forget it I will cancel and maybe reactivate when I am interested in more games. They refused to issue me a refund for the 15 days I had no games, so I called my card company and had them take care of it because that is ridiculous to pay for nothing.
I was trying to reactive my account one day and they told me my account has been suspended and they no longer want me as a customer. Granted I can see the logic if someone was renting games and actually had them in their possesion, I was never mailed a single game!
