I had an account with for my family, when we no longer found it to be benificial I returned my games and cancelled my account.I received that the games were returned, then they turned around and retracted.

They have now stolen money from my bank account to pay for a game that was returned. Maybe they need to run better on their employees before assuming a paying customer is stealing a scratched up used game disk.

Why would I allow myself to be charged full price for a used game that I can buy new????I can not understand a company that does not want to accomadate the consumer. 3114294

LOL! Is that your pathetic attempt at saving face? Guess what, ***? If the guy is complaining here, it means he's already tried to contact you "anytime, 7 days a week", in hopes of getting this sorted out. This is really your *** reply? How about you say "We're terribly sorry, e-mail us your account information and we'll refund you"? And why would you charge full-price for your used game, the condition of which you can't even verify, when A) had he decided to keep it, you'd have only charged him like $20, and B) you already confirmed it to be returned, before changing your statement and ILLEGALLY charging his bank account?

You guys are *** frauds. And excuse my language... actually, no, don't excuse it. Your service deserves more than just bad language. You deserve to have every single customer you've scammed show up at your HQ and take a big healthy *** in an office location of their choosing.

If the mountain of complaints against you wasn't enough to make me change my mind about signing up (which I was just about to do), the fact that you go to websites like PissedConsumer just to apologize for your garbage service, and the fact that your apologize are *** like this, well that's certainly enough for me to say *** GAMEFLY.

And you end it with a "Thank you"? "We're sorry for our garbage service, the fact that two weeks out of your month subscription is
