Refinance a stream line mortagage didnt go very well every thing freedom mortagage told us were a lie starting out with the card they sent us in the mail about the interest rate at 3.99 we call them on the phone to talk about refinance our house so they ask for our social security number to do a credit check so every thing came out ok until we got stuck in the title dept for about 2 months in nov and dec 2012 they told us it will take 30 days for application to be process we try calling our loanofficer could not get in touch with her atall every since we did our appliation in oct2012 no one call back kept leaving message megan and katina was taken there own time katina got mad with us and told us she going to dimiss our application if she dont get subornation ageement from our other company we talk to our company about the situation they agree to thir terms but katina got mad because she wanted the surbonatio paper first and would not be fair to send the orignal rehab agreement to my other company I think it was some hidden fees some where on that rehab paper that why she would not seen a real documation to them so the end of Dec2012 she sent out a letter saying we got to Dec 31 2012 to getthe surbornation to her never got it done they dimiss our appliacation took all I information for nothing I would not recommend freedom mortagage to no one in PensacolaFl very bad bad 3856312
