I recd good service shopping online however I need to claim on warranty of frames bc cracked and I cannot contact Frames Direct inspite of my sending many emails. This company ignoring my emails and I need them to accept the responsibility of the faulty frames My local optical store agrees the frames are faulty and cannot repair them so I am without eyeframes and no response from this Frames Direct even their main e-mail address will not allow me to forward my complaint. I have bought glasses from the USA with other optical companies and never had a problem 304c4f3
