We rented a car from Fox.An emergency took place and our car is in Montery CA as we have to fly out of that area.

There is no Fox hub and when I asked the agent about helping me. He yelled at me and told me there was nothing he could do and I was not going to get the answer I wanted. I asked for the manager and was told no and he continued to yell at me and I said I wanted the manager and he again would not get me anyone and hung up on me.

Prior to getting this I called Fox's 800# 4 times and waited 35 minutes each time.I will never use them again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible, rude and crooked they are. 3160183
