Overcharged me for fees...the amount to be charged was filled in by the rep.We have been complaining for motnhs with nothing getting done.
The "new" salesman reviewed the account 7 months later and fixed the problem however, he will not get invovled with a refund request. My banker was present when I entered into this contract and agrees with me...and First Data admits the mistake, but will only refund me for 1 month of overcharges. They have also given lip service to me regarding the account but have yet to send me paperwork as requested.
I am currently filing a complaint with both the BBB and the Attorney General in Ohio regarding this company.I am also considering a lawsuit. 2f935f9
