we installed 4 new tyres on 5/25/2010 by customer invoice no : 172516 and paid $ 477-79 with 80000 mile ltd warranty start from running mile 106152 ... we have a nail on back right tyre and we went to firestone at 112 market place dr,hampton,va-23666 . but except to take the nail out and do the road hazard flat repair they try to sell me new tyre and say we cannot repaire it...they already charge me $ 64-96 as road hazard protection but they did nothing in customer favour ...so we went to pepboys and fixed 2 new tyres...so we were not satishfied with the service and will go to media and better business bureo if we cannot get the refund for 1 tyre which we spend to pepboys.. 3806402
