We was told it would take awhile to get fixed by the appraiser that FERRELL GAS sent out he told us there was no erosion under the concrete and he could tell where the truck slipped off the side'.We have been waiting patiently for almost two months with no reply finally am letter comes through the mail denying our claim,.I call the number on the letter to try to tell them what happened but the woman on the other end didn't care..She kept saying they were not responsible and wouldn't let me finish,.I asked for a copy of the estimate and she said get your own we paid for ours and we don't have to give you anything|.She was unprofessional and unsympathetic FERRELL GAS just lost a good customer over something that would be covered under their insurance:.I hope this reaches some one at the top of FERRELL GAS so they know how the customers are getting treated!! 30a8db6
