Ferrellgas does not care about their customer. I ordered a propane fill 325 gallons 7 days ago. Called them after 5 days to see when I was scheduled for delivery and was told not today. Spent the weekend with thermostat set to 62 so not to run out. Furnace and water heater use propane and needed hot water. Called on the 7th day to see if I would get delivery and was told not today I asked about the next day, day 8 and was told the schedule won't be out until tomorrow. I explained to them I was so low on propane and we were cold and miserable only then was I told that I could have propane delivered the same day for 150.00 more or the next day for 100.00 more. RIPOFF company. They cannot schedule a delivery until they make you run out and amazingly they can service their customers IF and ONLY WHEN YOU PAY A CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY. Ten days and no service unless a $100 or $150.00 extra fee is paid? I have been with ferrellgas for 8 years but can say I will NEVER have ferrellgas deliver propane again!. I will use the last of my propane and I am changing suppliers'. I had to pay the $150;.00 to keep my family warm and AMAZINGLY the truck was at my house within an hour". WOW A BUSINESS DESIGNED TO RIPOFF THEIR CUSTOMERS". I own a business as well and I am positive I would be out of business if I operated like they do:.
BE WARNED DO NOT USE FERRELLGAS FOR ANYTHING/. FIND ANOTHER PROPANE SUPPLIER AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND THE ADDED HASSLES'.
