I just spent the past hour on the phone with Ez pass. I was the phone with the supervisor in the payments department named Jessica!. Not only was she unhelpful she gave me absolutely no options to fix the situation I was presented with'. The only thing she could do was tell me that people in her organization told me the wrong thing at times and threaten me with the fact that I must pay my "violations" which were appealed and grated by mid next month or I would have to pay $90 FOR EACH TICKET|. There was no department that could review the entirety of my case and make a decision based off of it".
After listening to what multiple people said about my account and trusting that they gave me good advice I found out that in truth half of them never even looked at my account/. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WORKING AT EZ PASS!. There are clearly major organizational issues!.
Best of luck to anyone who has to deal with them!. Ohh ya and Jessica... the manager gave me a number to call her back... but it was her fax line so I had to track her down through another 30minutes of their *** automated system. 30771e3
