Ordered a custom mahogany door on November 29, 2012, to be delivered December 21.No delivery; no communication.
Finally got to speak with someone just before Christmas who said delivery would occur on January 4, 2013. No delivery; no communication. As of today, January 8, 2013, no one is able to tell me the status of the offer and whether or not I can even expect to get the door as it may be "out of stock". Evidently, "production" won't tell the sales team anything.
This is a scam operation as this door was paid for in full on November 29.You should avoid doing business with this company or risk getting super pissed off. 2f65d6b
