Very disappointed with the lack of assistance from Enterprise after I forgot an ipad in our rental car at the Nashville airport.I called less than an hour later as we boarded our plane, again two hour later (I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then got voice mail), and again another hour after that.
I was told the car was already rented out! Amazing, especially since we reported that the trunk was very wet due to the heavy rains that weekend in Nashville. Obviously, that was ignored as well. Whoever cleaned the car never saw it!
Hard to believe! I called Customer Service after I got home and was told a report would be filed. No one ever returned my calls or followed up on my complaint. We fly to Nashville often and always used Enterprise.
Never again!
There are too many other choices out there to go with a company that treats their customers this poorly! 38bd00c

Whats worse here ... on top of the constant waiting , the lack of attention etc , I spoke directly to the LAX Airport Dollar Manager who told me "Lost and Found is a courtesy not a right" He then pointed at the sign out front that states not responsible for lost items , and told that the sign should be bigger.
He then stated that they trow out thousands of dollars of lost and found items everyday rather than maintaining a storage unit.
Include Dollar rental in bad experiences with lost and found from now on. I hope that new stations expose the terrible customer experiences with these rental agencies for everyone to see.
