In 2012 my spouse and I rented a car from enterprise in Baton Rouge for about 6 or 7 months not to sure , but we did so because we needed it to tranport our kids to and from school and vollyball practice and dance lessons. When we first got the car we were told one price so as time went on we would at times stop by enterprise to make cash payments as well a guy by the name of Zack stated to me he was gonna put it in the system as a monthly rate instead of weekly an that I could still stop by weekly to make the payments to equal up to the monthly rate so I did so he then gave me the quote of $103 and something odd cents a week not long after Zack was no longer working there and so as I would still paying weekly It would be branch manager Brian that would accept the payments. One day I received a call from Brian stating that I had been behind on payments I tod him that this could not be true he began saying I had been only paying $103 and something odd cents which had put me behind I askedhim to look in the system and find out what's going on because that was the quote your employee Zack had given me so when he pulled it up he saw it was in there and said he was sorry but that was not the correct quote and that he worked for enterprise and could not get a quote like that for himself and that he didn't know why Zack would have told me that as more time went on I found mysef making payments and still behind trying o catch up from a mistake on the behalf of enterprise so in September of 2012 I was not going to make a payment until a following week of the original due date I was told if I could not makethe payment on its due date I would have to return the car or he could get in trouble this would have ment I would not be able to pick up my kids from school that day so I wen ahead a turned the car in anyway and when I got there I asked could I get dropped off where I resided the branch manager stated to me they were about to close so they could not 38b2b31
