I ordered a fruit arrangement for my 2 y/o granddaughter for Valentines, asked for no chocolate in the arrangement, was told all the arrangements had chocolate that is how the fruit came to the store.So I requested a minimal amount be included.

The total was $68. My daughter in law sent me a picture of my granddaughter holding her arrangement. I was shocked - it was a $2 coffee cup w/4 , a piece of shaped like a flower and 4 of pineapple. The fruit in the arrangement could not have cost no more than $20.

So the way I figure, it cost me $46 to have the gift delivered.

If you take out $20 for the time to make the arrangement and overhead & profit, the delivery charge comes to $15.30 a mile.(The store I placed the order from is 1.7 miles from their home) 312374a
