I am just a regular ebay buyer.I purchased an item from this so-called “powerseller” from ebay – suikit1005 who’s Hermes reseller.

When I received the item, it’s open and clearly used! I am very upset and left a negative feedback which is “Not brand new, clearly used, not as described ->> Untrustful Seller”. The feedback was there for about “5 days” and then suddenly it’s removed without any notification. After I found out, I called ebay.

The feedback specialist and his manager both thought my feedback has “no” problem and they reposted my feedback. They said “It’s impossible to happen”, it must have been technical error. They said they are not sure why it’s removed and it doesn’t have any note nor who removed it. After the negative feedback was posted back, I had a feeling it would be removed again, and yes, it’s REMOVED AGAIN within 12 hours.

Then I called again and ebay said the same thing and said they would investigate and called me back in 24-48 hours. (I know this is not gonna happen after reading other reviews about ebay). I am right, I waited 3 days and nothing happened. I called ebay again and they said “The person who has higher authority has removed it, they have more power than we do and there’s nothing we can do”!.

I said I only want to find out why my honest feedback was removed without any reason? Did I against ebay policy? If so, please tell me which particular policy I have against? The policy is Black and White written on ebay’s website, so please tell me".

Their answer is “I really don’t know why it’s removed, your feedback has no problem, but once it’s removed, it’s removed'.” Does that mean, even you see seller has 100% positive feedback, there are still negative feedbacks that are HIDDEN?? So how safe is buying on ebay? How to avoid buying FAKE or REPLICA items? Especially fake Hermes birkin which is famous on ebay?Does that mean ebay CAN removed ANY feedback as they like?

So what the policy does? Why they still need to state policy on their website?? I have been thinking about it and can’t think of any reason/. I think the whole thing is very SUSPICIOUS'.

I truly believe someone who works for ebay has special "relationship" with this particular seller!. ebay is a "public" company and can't believe they can do whatever they want without following their policy,. So how SAFE and FAIR using ebay to buy and sell? Everyone knows ebay is so monopoly, what can we do?

No matter what, I will make sure the world knows about what happened to me on ebay/.ebay is not willing to help victims, that's fine, at least the world should know about this. 30b9461
