In this case, the best option is to get in touch with the seller and get the payments refunded. You need to ask the seller to open cancel transaction case.

Sorry, please do not state the obvious, that is insulting. Your system crashed (on my computer) during payment, i rechecked my basket and the items were still there, so I tried to pay.

As you mentioned that your system crashed at the time of paymetn and that is not the site issue.

As a workaround, you may cancel the payments from the PayPal account and also contact the PayPal customer support and they will be able to assist you with more details on this case.

I do not know whether it was my system or yours that failed, only that the browser did not progress. rechecking my basket showed as NOT paid (your system fault) not my error, or my system error, please do not try to pass blame.

II will copy and past this conversation on-line to show what a bad service you offer. Your systems fail and you allow multiple purchase from the basket. This is obviously wrong. After purchase they should be removed from the basket. That you DID NOT remove them from the basket is YOUR fault. That you them pass blame and responsibility to the user is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Comments?

Your apologies are hollow. I will post this on line to show how BAD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE is, I will contact 7 sellers to try to reverse YOU SYSTEMS PROBLEM. I am a very unhappy user. over 600 transactions and a 100% satisfaction rating and you treat me in an appalling way.

Keith, since the transactions are processed from PayPal';s end, it will not be possible for us to reverse the transactions. You might want to get in touch with PayPal team about the duplicate transactions that happened.

What an appalling abrogation of responsibility to a SISTER company. As I said earlier, I will try to reverse you error, with lots of admin, and will post all this dialog on-line, including your admission of technical issues.

Keith, while I understand and respect your predicament pertaining to the issue, please understand that PayPal although being an eBay company has a different structure and all payments on eBay are processed by PayPal and they are responsible for canelling or processing the payments!.
