I sold a buyer $396.00 in silver coins, I shipped the item's with signiture confermation an gave buyer confermation # all this is per e-bay shipping ploicy!item get's lost in mail due to usps fault!

e-bay gives buyer back his money an i'm out money an 3.9 pounds of silver coins! once the seller ship's item an turns control over to usps he has fulfilled his obligation to buyer, but e-bay rules rul's in favor of buy! no seller protection on e-bay, if this happens to you close your bank accout with pay pay-pal fast an remove e-bay from pay-pal! e-bay comitted theft by wire by taking money from my bank to pay seller who should have requested shipping insurance!

this should be made a federal crime for e-bay to deal like this!stay way from e-bay! 2f33276

As a seller it is YOUR responsibility to insure any package you can not afford to lose. Ebay tells you this upfront before you ever use the site as a seller. You actually have to agree to it.

I was a seller for over 10 years until Ebay went crazy on sellers, but on this I agree with Ebay.

Again, 3.9 pounds of silver coins is worth a heck of a lot more than $396. With delivery confirmation and SIGNATURE, eBay will stand behind you. And you, as a seller, are now responsible for insurance. Get with the program.
