I ORDERED SEVERAL NAME PLATES FOR A TOTAL $261.70 AND PAID 2ND DAY AIR ON USPS...COME TO FIND OUT USPS DOESN'T SHIP VIA AIR THAT I KNOW OF......

EMAIL SAID IS SHIPPED AND 2 WEEKS LATER AND HAS YET TO BE SEEN... I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSE... I WILL GET VISA INVOLVED TO SEE ABOUT A REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...

I WILL DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO STEER PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIS *** COMPANY AGAIN OR SEND CUSTOMERS TO THEM REGARDLESS OF QUALITY...IF I EVER GET MY ORDER 30d94f5

I finally received my order from Propatches after waiting for almost a month. My order consisted of MLB/NHL/NFL Number & Letter Kit to put on one hockey jersey. Total cost with shipping was about $35.00 and has been a total waste. My order was supposed to be "Top quality tackle twill numbers/letters. Same as used in the pros." I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. My other jerseys are much better in quality and appearance in comparison to the Propatches letters/numbers. The letters/numbers are supposed to provide a temporary iron on hold; but after following the terribly vague instructions provided, the numbers/letters do not hold at all. After placing the letters/numbers,ironing them to the jersey and allowing them to cool, the letters and numbers fell off the jersey when moving it from the ironing board to the sewing machine. No hold at all! These seem to be very low quality materials and they do not live up to the description on the Propatches website. Customer service was slow and did not meet deadlines that they promised. Delivery was slow with no tracking provided. Thank goodness I was only trying Propatches out for one jersey because after my poor customer experience, I will not be using them for the rest of my team's uniforms. Stay away!

Dear sir, your recent order came to you as described. You ordered 'stitched twill nameplates' and they were described exactly. They were professionally stitched as described. Again, we notate and describe every item we sell prior to customer purchasing. It's really ashamed that you as a customer are blaming your shortcomings on us. Very sorry.

be careful as PROPATCHES USA IS THE SAME COMPANY UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME... CHECK OUT THE WEBSITES AS THEY ARE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT BUT HAVE THE SAME GUY ANSWERING THE PHONE

Got my order from Eastern Lettering... they mispelled one name ...got all the coloring right, BUT they sewed all the letters on the NAME PLATE WITH THE NAME PLATE MATERIAL THE SAME AS THE LETTERS... ITS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE JERSEY MATERIAL, NOT THE STIFF MATERIAL USED FOR THE LETTERS... THEY WERE CLOSE BUT RUINED THE WHOLE ORDER USING THE WRONG MATERIAL.. DUMBASSES
