I frequent at the local 's in Beaufort. I've had issues with customer service before, with one girl in particular. Her name is Nicole and I believe she is the manager. I have never complained until now seeing as it is impossible to file an anonymous complaint through Domino's.
Nicole is rude, and that is putting it nicely. Almost every time I call the store to place an order she has a terrible attitude with me. She hung up on my once after I asked her not to speak to me as if I were ***. I've tried to get in touch with her superior to no !.
Tonight, I went in to the store to pick up my pizza on the way home". She was in the kitchen area of the store screaming profanities at one of her employee's:. There were several other people waiting with me in the lobby area, including a woman with small children;. She used just about every in the book screaming at this young man.. When she came to ring me up she was rude, as usual, and basically threw my pizza's at me through the window.. I was on my way out when she started screaming at the young man again telling him how he better be ready to do all the dishes, twice;.
I'm not sure what her employee did, but I can tell you that nothing he did could permit her to speak to him like that'. I strongly advise him to speak to his superiors, because that was unacceptable behavior from a manager. 314791a
