Direct TV - Bad Customer Service

This morning I check my bank account and Directv withdrawal money from my account without my permission.So I called direct TV spoke with Nancy question regarding the money withdrawal she told me to call my bank nothing is showing in her computer.

So I called my bank and the representative stated that direct TV need to fax a letter stating the amount. I call direct TV back spoke with Josephina I ask to speak with a supervisor she transfer me with Elizabeth(supervisor) I explain the issue regarding money withdrawal from my account unfortutionally she was not a help. So elizabeth transfer me to upper management department?. I spoke with a lady with a Russian or polish accent explain everything again and ask to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold it looks like it was party time I heard people talking in the background/.

So she kept saying hold on!. She thought I was dumb or *** so then she stated there are not supervisor available at this time for me to wait 72 hrs for a call back,. So now I got upset and told her I will wait for a supervisor to be available she hung up the phone!. So now I'm taking legal actions!.

the CEO which I have his name will received a notification for his lazy,rude,unprofessional staff he has?.

Because without us customers they would not be getting pay:.Remember CUSTOMERS come first. 2f3b32a
