Dino Direct - Received Wrong Product

I ordered a few clothing items on December 27th, 2012.I receied a package from Dino Direct on January 23rd, 2013.

I got 2 items out of five that I ordered and the two that I did receive, I did not order!! Completely wrong product! I went to chat with the customer service and they told me to send an email with a picture to their customer service!. I did that immediately".

I sent an email explaining that they sent me the wrong product and included a picture.. They responded with an email that said they cannot see the problem". What??! I ordered a teal dress and your sent me a black and white polka dot one?.

Are they blind?? How can they not see the problem? I was patient at first, but their response was horrible and now they are not communicating at all;. Terrible customer service'.

Do not deal with dino direct?.They will rip you off!! 30f0010

We will offer you reasonable solutions once we confirmed the problem. Would you please offer us the order number for further checking? We can make sure that you will get a quicker reply and best solution.

Reasonable solution, like having to pay for shipping you back the wrong item or defective item, This is beside having to spend a lot of time on e-mails and endless discussions about the wrong item. Then we have to send some high definition pictures because it seem like everyone become blind at dino direct all of a sudden. Then they will ask for a AVI video because they are too dumb to open any other format than AVI.
So anyway, if they send you the wrong item, just forget it and take your lost, it will be much easier than trying to get your money back or the right item. :( They are BAD news !
