I ordered a few clothing items on December 27th, 2012.I receied a package from Dino Direct on January 23rd, 2013.
I got 2 items out of five that I ordered and the two that I did receive, I did not order!! Completely wrong product! I went to chat with the customer service and they told me to send an email with a picture to their customer service!. I did that immediately".
I sent an email explaining that they sent me the wrong product and included a picture.. They responded with an email that said they cannot see the problem". What??! I ordered a teal dress and your sent me a black and white polka dot one?.
Are they blind?? How can they not see the problem? I was patient at first, but their response was horrible and now they are not communicating at all;. Terrible customer service'.
Do not deal with dino direct?.They will rip you off!! 30f0010
