DFA - Passport not delivered as scheduled.

I have the DFAMPC control no.0407188 to 89,delivery date should be July 16,2011,but,until today no passport yet.I was able to talk to DFA representative on phone & told me it was already for delivery,they advised me to contact 908-6522 & 846-5889,but,it was always attending to other client.I am sending you this feedback for you to be aware that the delay was not okay.Please contact me for any update on my delivery,my landline 470-6478 & 09175713216.My receipt no 313906 & 905,it was issued by HAYDEE last June 6,2011. 2f8e4df

I pray that God will intervene with all the problems of the system in the DFA, which had caused a great stress and tension to all the people who are expecting to get their passport on time but only to find out it has technical problems on the date of release like mine. Lord please bring solutions to this problem as soon as possible in Jesus name!!!

I apply Rush Passport i pay P1200 have release on Feb 21 2013. I apply delevery I pay P120. But until now March 11 2013 I still don't have my passport :( :cry

DFA is really horrible! for delayed passport they will just give you a generic reason of "technical problem"...when will this change?tsk...tsk...tsk.!!!

My passport is to be delivered 09/25/2012. I called LBC and said that my passport is not yet handed to them. please when will my passport be delivered? It is already 12/12/12 please help. my tracking no. is 1791671096041. please respond to leoramon.jonson@gmail.com

My son applied for issuance of new passport for lost passport thru Courtesy lane last August 15, 2012 with due date of release Aug. 28, 2012 thru LBC. Up to now, no passport delivered yet and DFA is requesting again another copy of affidavit of loss and police report and cannot commit date when the passport will be released.

I have the same issue. Released date express delivery 082312 until now I didn't get my passport. Should I just got to the DFA office wince u can't talk to anyone on the number on the website.Called lbc they don't have it yet. Clairesandler24@yahoo.com

July 3 2012 po ang release date ng passport ko pero until now wala pa ako narereceived. LBC ang courier po na napili ko. Anung hotline po na pwede ko tawagan? Please help po. Kailangan ko na passport ko para sa inaaplayan ko abroad. Thanks

Hi, I'm currently experiencing the same problem. I tried calling this number I found of DFAMPC, although an agent was able to answer my call he can't give me details regarding my passport's status since my receipt is "white" and not "yellow". The man on the other line confirmed that he is, indeed, working for LBC, just not with the group of people who gives out "white" receipts.

I have tried calling a multitude of telephone numbers, but all seems pretty much busy attending to other clients. Either that or no one's manning the booth.

I missed a day of work just waiting for my passport to be delivered, only to be left disappointed and pissed by how poorly our government agencies and local couriers treat their job. I think one really has to have the right "connections" in order to receive proper treatment.

So if any person at DFA and/or LBC is reading this thread, have mercy on us who have been waiting for so long for our passports. We won't be asking for a "refund" of our express delivery as it might delay it much longer. Me too, my passport is schedule to be delivered on 18 June 2012. I have already all my documents prepared for my tourist visa application to Canada. The only thing i am waiting is my passport!

I called LBC and they do not show in their records that DFA turned over the passport to them. Government service really sucks!!

DFAMPC - Control # 0777183, Is supposed to be deliver May 30, 2012 - 179110469111. But not yet recieved?

Address Delivery : Lot 10, Block 16, Wellington Street, Greenridge Subdivision, Brgy. Tagpos, Binangonan Rizal.

I will consider DFA\'s reason for the delay in the delivery of my passport, and I will patiently wait for my passport\'s arrival today Thursday 5-31-2012. If they again failed they should be returning my P250.00 because it will no longer be an expedite process of 7 working days(from 5-16 to 5-25). Until today, is the 11th working day...I am not the only person experiencing this, I will really waste my time,money and effort to ask for a refund if my passport fails to arrive today as promised...it's too much, P250.00 per person for passport delay...wise way of stealing money huh!

This is the reply of DFA on May 29, 2012 to my emails from May 25-28, 2012:

This is with reference to your e-mailed letter dated 26, 28 May 2012 regarding your undelivered passport.
We apologized for the delay in printing of your passport. We already requested our personalization center
in central bank to have your passport printed immediately. We expect to receive your passport by tomorrow,
Wednesday, and to have it delivered by Thursday. We would like also to request for your contact nos. so that
can inform you of the status of you passport.

My passport should be delivered on May 26, 2012 as it was released on May 25, 2012 by LBC. Until now there isn't any delivery yet from LBC hari daw ng padala?. I should've not paid a delivery fee if my package will not be delivered on the agreed time, I could've just picked it up. And LBC Lazy Customer Service agents sucks!

My wife and my mother's passport was released May 21, 2012, but my passport did not, until now I am still waiting. I went to DFA last Thursday May 24, 2012, they say it will be released the next day, but it did not. I really need my new passport for my HB1 visa application. My LBC tracking number is 179110461055. I am trying to call the number 5560000 but there's no HUMAN being answering the call!!!. my email address is alexsy74@gmail.com
