Dennys Restaurant - poor customer service

Manager walked restaurant never greeted me Manager check me out never made eye contact did not ask about my meal never made eye contact appear to be upset but d to leave asked if I wanted to leave a tip very poor customer service fro from management I have worked hospitality for 20 + years and understand the importance of a smile and greeting the customer normally this restaurant hostesses provide very good service this manager The manager walk to buy my table 3 different times And never spoke to me This is not typical Services that I have experienced From Denny's in the pastAzz 2f4fb1b

It appears you were hoping the manager would hit on you & when they didn't, that's when it came to "BAD" customer service. :cry :cry
