Delta Airlines - will not change the name on 2 tickets

our whole family is going to a wedding in Key West in June. The groom, thought he was being nice and bought his future in-laws 2 tickets. Unfortunatly they will already be there and were going to give them to another family member for Christmas and add 2 more tickets for their children. They are $1200.00 tickets and this should not be a problem--but it is. Please can someone there help us? The only change would be the 2 first names, the last name is the same.There must be something we can do to get all of our family on this flight for the wedding and not lose $1200.

Actually due to regulation airlines can't make name changes. Its a TSA issue, dumbass.

i think they charge a fee of $50 to make the change on the name
