I waited on hold for one hour and 20 minutes until I gave up I ended up having to buy another tickets because I could not get my reservation changed due to a complete lack of customer service.I will never fly Delta If I have any choice.

When I got to the airport and attempted to talk to a human they made me call and while someone masquerading as a human picked up the phone he/she/it didn't help.
