Delta Airlines - No customer service

After cancelled flight to Grand Rapids, booked next flight (this one connecting).Next flight is ready to board, luggage and crew loaded.

"System down" no paperwork for crew, flight delayed. Never did gate staff check on other flights to Grand Rapids and when asked stated that next flight had no seats. After 1 1/2 hours we went to gate of next flight and boarded, with 15 seats empty to accommodate others. Now our bags are on the plane with no paperwork which flight is ultimately cancelled.

Almost 24 hours later, still no bags!Call to Delta Headquarters in Atlanta, no answer!!! 2fa5c8e
