Please don't pass the buck~~I have NO reason to make this up, been with Delta many years, shocked, that such a thing could happen on your plane but to keep passing me off and asking totally unnecessary questions to keep me from pursuing this is only making me more determined then ever to let people know how your company treats loyal passengers! I feel if I was someone of importance you would treat me with more respect~~sorry, but I'm just an ordinary person and I feel you are trying to brush me off....not happening~~
Sorry to say I'm getting no where with my complaint, I'm so disappointed in Delta...I have no reason to make this up, my vacation to the states was a nightmare due to BED BUGS in your blanket and you are taking this so lightly!!!!!!! I will not put my personal information on the internet, not have I received any other form of communication from Delta as was mentioned. I am at a loss for words for your lack of consideration for your" valued" customers~~ Sorry you felt compensating me with 2 round trip tickets in Business Class (were I was breakfast, lunch & dinner) for your BED BUGS was a bit much to ask for the ordeal I had to endure for many weeks of pain and itching not to mention left with scars on my right hip!!!! I am prepared for my next flight with BED BUG spray as I NEVER want this to happen again on a DELTA INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT~~
