I bought a XPS9000 and I paid extra to have "North American Support", I have called Dell sepport twice and both times I was talking to someone in India that I could hardly understand.All this person wanted to do was sell me software and was not interested in my video board making teriable noise(the fan) he spent 2 hours making changes on my computer(which messed up my video) I had to instal new drivers to stop the flikering.

I have called back 3 days in a row and still get India and after I explain what the problem is they put me on hold and never come back to the phone.

Terriable service.With as many people out of work in the US why do they need to outsource this service to India?
And I still need a replacement for my Vedio board but "who do I call." 2f7af28
