Dell - Five Hours on Hold for Undelivered Product

I ordered a CD to restore my computer which wasn't restarting.It cost me a little over sixty dollars.

They sold it to me over the phone and sent me all the order information via email, along with a receipt for the order by mail.

However they never delivered the CD, and when I contacted them over the phone they lied to me repeatedly over the the course of some 5 hours or so during which I provided them mountains of unimpeachable evidence that they had sent me by mail and email.Eventually the refunded my order, but I caution anyone against purchasing from Dell in the future; if you have to deal with customer support for any reason you may have to clear at least a day from your calendar. 2f527fa
