I had made an appointment with David's bridal for.Wednesday when I made the appointment over the phone they never asked specifics I said I was looking for bridesmaid dresses never did they ask what style or kind to see if it was worth my time coming in.

So I pick up my bridesmaids drive through rush hour traffic to get there and I explain the style and color, the sales person takes me to a rack tells me I can choose from this aisle and then sais only this little part of this aisle as the rest are all clearance dresses and you can't order from there, I had a few dresses I had seen on the websight I had shown her one dress they didn't carry the other one was discontinued and the other she couldn't find. she then walks away so I decide to look at my option of literally 5 dresses I pick a few to try on as we were there anyway. She comes back 4 minutes later and said there are no dresses here in the color or style I want. Um ok......

If these idiots would have asked me on the phone this all could have been avoided.I will never recommend this store to anyone. 38af695
