I had an appointment for my wedding dress a month ago.I tried about two dresses and the insisted I try the veil and a hair piece.

So, I said ok and tried it on. I loved it. In the meantime I told her not to inform my fiance on what the costs of my dress and the other items I was planning to buy. She agreed.She informed me of the price of the dress but failed to inform me of the price of the veil & hair piece.

I was in a rush myself and did not think of asking. Assuming it will be around $30 or so for each item. So when it came to cash out,I quickly swiped my credit card to pay for everything before my fiance could see the total. She even said all sales are final upon check out.

I signed by credit card agreement purchase with them. When I got home, I looked at my copy and I was freaking shocked. The little veil cost $149.00 and the hair piece $80.00. I was so pissed.

I know it was kind of my fault for not paying attension of the prices in the begining but I wanted to return it. I went back to the store hoping they would make an exception about their "All Sales Final" policy. So I spoke to David Bridals Manager Tanya (sp?) and she was like, "oh im sorry there is nothing I can do". Even with the situation I told her I was in; with my story I told her about hiding the $$ info from my fiance at the store.

She had the nerve to say : "I find that hard to believe that my employee did not tell you the price of the veil and hair piece". I clearly told her that I was not told of the price and if she had told me at that time, I would not have purchased it!.Upset, I raised my voice a little thinking the manager will realize how pissed I was, she then had the nerve to yell back at me and threatened to have me kicked out of her store". What a ***! The manager then gave me the corporate office number to contact Cindy M?.

for customer service". I left a few voice messages with my , but still no responce.. I am going to report these people to the & my credit card company!. These greedy people only care about their sales & quotas,.
