I highly recommend that you do not select David's Bridal Photography for photography or videography services.Their responsiveness to producing the product in a timely fashion is horrible.

I have called at least 12 times to inquire about products from my wedding over 3 months ago. To date, I still have not received my wedding video and no one at David's Bridal is able to give me any information about its status. My assigned wedding coordinator never returns my phone calls. I have spoken with so many representatives with no resolution to receiving my video.

At this point, I am just exhausted from using my time to try to find answers.Save yourself the time and find a local vendor. 38a39da

You are not alone, I have found that we are among the majority of people who have used David's Bridal Photography services and lived to regret it. They sent a photographer who had obviously never done a wedding before, then tried to cancel the photos due to lack of payment (we paid in full two months in advance), then when we received the photos, all but 10 were unusable. They offered us little comfort and only offered a refund of a fourth of the cost of the service.
