CVS Pharmacy - Pharmacy bad service

I wont' be going back to CVS ever.I called in a perscription, but I forgot that my company changed insurance.

When I got to the pharmacy I waited 7 minutes for the pick-up. no big deal. then was told I needed to go to the drop off counter to fix my insurance situation. I waited 10 minutes in that line.

Then I finally got to the register and after the 5 minute fix, was told that the pharmacist had gone on lunch I would need to wait yet another 25 minutes for the pharmacist to come bac and key in the fix to the register....really?Why not tell me that at the first pick up window? 30bbdb2

Last month I had a problem with CVS pharmacy taking days to fill a prescription because the Summerville, SC pharmacy was to lazy to follow up with the other CVS location where the prescription was send. I addressed this with the CVS headquarters and eventually got the prescription filled. One month later I go to get my Paper prescription filled and the bald headed clerk tells me that I can't get it filled because it is not due to be refilled until the next day. He did not bother to notice that the doctor had increased my dose. I got my prescription back and went to Walmart where they filled my prescription without an issue. I will never ever go to CVS again and I will tell everyone I know what a horrible experience it is to go to CVS pharmacy. I am disabled and do not need their ***!

So it seems as if YOUR initial mistake caused your problems, but you are certainly not going to blame yourself are you?
