I bought a thermometer meant for newborns and toddlers.When I got it home I could see it was discolored, but with two sick children I needed to use it.
The thermometer did not work! With two sick children and a doctor on the phone wanting to know how high their fevers were, I couldn't tell him. Frustrated I called the cvs and was told because it was a CVS product it would be guaranteed. I didn't have time to return the product right away and when I did I was given attitude right away.
Not being in the area I tried to return it to another CVS in the next town over and was also given an attitude. The thermometer was only $15! I'm not worried about the money it's the lack of costumer service and quality control that upsets me the most.
Most of the employees have attitudes and no compassion!In an environment where most the customers are ill, customer service is a must!!!
