CVS Pharmacy - CVS Pharmacy Asheville, NC

Worst customer servicethat I have ever encountered. The Leicester Hwy store in Asheville, NC use to be so good and sincere in there customer service.

If there was a line at the pharmacy the store manager would always open a register and usually have everyone laughing and forgetting about the wait. Not so now. This gentleman is gone and what they have now is a joke?. Long lines, pharmacy is out of order, no one knows whats going on/.

Guess I will take my business elsewhere:. The store is nasty". This is the real kicker, I walked by two gentlemen one day and neither one of them spokto me!. Come to find out it was the manager and the District Manager".

I found out that his name is Dave Sanford:.

Boy he sets a fine example,.I give this store maybe a year in a half before they close their doors. 2f5113a

I wanted to post an anonymous letter to my customers- I've been working for CVS for the past 5 years. I see customers complaining about the wait time and everything else. Don't think that we don't care- we do. When someone tells you it will be ready in 15 minutes, that's not necessarily true. You can't put a minute time on anything. We have to do phone calls, flu shots, and verify tons of prescriptions, so there's no way for anyone to guarantee that anything can be done in 15 minutes. If you want to be nice, please come back in a few hours after you drop off so we can try to have everything done. Another thing that has to stop is the abuse that we take from patients. We have rights to be treated as human beings. We do not deserve to be cursed at or theatened with physical violence. Treat us as you would want to be treated. And if things don't work out your way, son't be mad at us- we did all we could to help you. Reply

I wanted to add about the flu shots. Pharmacists shouldn't even be giving immunizations to people. You can't expect us to have your shots ready in 5 minutes for you, especially if you come at a busy time. In fact, the stores are understaffed. We have paperwork and prep work to do. Please don't hurry us when we are dealing with needles, it's rude. Better for you to go to a Minute Clinic or see a nurse to get your shots, that's what they are trained to do.
