CVS Store#8742. Cicero, IL. Corner of Cermak and Central Ave.

Cashier Judy was extremely rude from the beginning when I asked
if I could borrow a pen because I was going to write a check. So my
purchase was about $60.00. I gave her my check and my D.L. Well
the address is different on my check and she was just rude about the
whole situation. I asked for her Manager Mark W. who was not in the
store. The store did not have a manager on duty. So I asked who the
Supervisor was and the cashier Judy claimed she was.

I explained to her that I purchase at the store and pharmacy all the time.
I also told her this was *** because they have always accepted my checks.
Then she answers personal cell phone and the person calling was her
husband but she couldn't hear him and she said, fine I don't want to talk to you."
Then she says, "I like how you talk in front of your son."
I told her I could say whatever I want in front of whomever being
that she was rude. This made me extremely mad!!!! I asked her to give me
her managers number and she gave me a bad number. So I called
Corporate and left a message for the DM 3 hours ago and I am yet to
hear from him.

The funny thing is that I always pay with the same checks at Walgreens,
Target, Tony Finer Foods, Toys r US and JC Penny. Just to name a few
stores. I decided to make my purchase at Walgreens after all
So they got my busy and my money. Walgreens certainly provides
Excellent customer service and their employees are never receiving
Personal phone calls at the register. Good job Walgreens!!!!

Your complaint is ridiculous and a waste of time. It is about time to get a life and get on with it.!!!!!!!!!
