my first brand new car ever and I am 61 years old, year ago bought a 2008 sebring convertable I loved it was suppose to have bumper to bumper lifetime warranty we paid 5000!.for it we asked every possible question about this warranty and we were assured it was real/.

time went on I never got any papers about the warranty I called numerous times asking for it never got it, finally out of frustration went online found mopar entered my vin number and says right there no I don't get lifetime warranty,this car was still under the original warranty when I bought it". I call and ask whats going on it says right on my contract lifetime warranty she asked how many miles I tell her she says whats wrong with the car nothing is wrong with the car why haven't I been told or sent any papers about this? when exactly were you gonna tell me I didn't get the lifetime warranty and were you just gonna keep my money,. this is wrong on so many levels, now were afraid to keep car for fear of breaking down but my choices are slim and I am now driving a car I do not like at all and paying higher monthly car payment|.

this is why I never bought brand new before seems you always get ripped off atleast before when I bought a car it was paid for right away I was talking a chance yes but what is the difference? I had a 1991 subaru I bought for 1500:. it lasted me 10 years;.
