This Non regulated electric coop is part of a state wide consortium-Western Farmers Electric Cooperative.Since moving to SE Oklahoma aprox 4 months ago there have been numerous issues with this company 1) Local Company employees that snoop and trespass on the private property of customers-They insist upon being given access to the property but then make no effort what sover to control key custody-The son of an adjacent property owner worked for this utility and gave the key out to all of his buddies so that they could snoop.Other employees of Choctaw Electric also snoop and come on the property at all hours under the premise of ' Maintenance"...They are SNOOPING.To date have gotten NO ASSISTANCE ON THIS.## See email from manager posted below##Property is posted and any one coming on without consent will be shot-Simple as that.Utility has been put on notice to ONLY come on property during an outage-Otherwise STAY THE *** OUT.If the lock is cut on my gate it BETTER be for a good reason...
2) Rates are ridiculously high-I have 3 security lights and was told that they were flat rate priced-What they failed to mention is that extra added ' Surcharge every month.In addition, I am by myself in a small travel trailer-Very .My bill averages 130.00 a month-I shudder to think about what some one with a house and a family goes through-When I did own a home my electric bill no matter what time of year was always under 100./month.What I suspect is going on is that are given reduced rates while the rest of us poor slobs foot the bill-Either that or these are some greedy sobs.

Yard lights are a flat fee, we have a direct pass through from our provider of the power cost adjustment. It is charged to us and we therefore pass along actual cost rather than marking up charge to encompass the fluctuating costs. It is in my opinion the fairest way to structure the fees.
As far as Choctaw Electric employees trespassing on your property, the person you named is not an employee of ours therefore there is nothing more I can do to assist you on this matter. I suggest you call the appropriate authorities to remedy your problem.

It is our responsibility to provide power to your location, which we have. Unless there is a safety issue It is hard for me to justify spending excess money to move the power line when you have a perfectly good source now. If we are able to move the line and once the engineer determines a location for the secondary line, it will be your responsibility to clear a right away.
You are charged only for your usage, which is monitored from your meter. As long as you don’t have anyone else attached to your side of the meter there is no way that someone is stealing electricity from you. As far a someone pirating the electricity from the adjacent property, even if they were, it would not affect the electricity you receive. I have checked the property to your south and there is no “pirating” at this time. When I receive the estimate I will send along to you and we can then work in a direction to remedy your concerns.

I am contacting you regarding the routing of power lines to my property-The source/connection for my electricity appears to be via the vacant property next door.
There have been past issues with the theft of electricity by an occupant of the property that I bought prior to purchase-The individual-Robert" Rooster" Maple had run lines to the vacant house next door and according to what I was told by the owner of the property-Diane Franke that a 900.00 bill had been run up by Robert" Rooster" Maple before the problem was discovered.
Diane Franke lives in Oklahoma City and does not inhabit the property.She from what I understand only recently secured power to the property and began securing the property and the house-According to her and from what I have seen there has been an ongoing problem with various criminal elements breaking into the house.To date Diane Franke has taken little If any interested in bringing this matter under control.
My point is this-I am concerned that due to 1) Present and on going circumstances 2) The arrangement of power lines between the properties 3) The fact that my property is inhabited and has a source of electricity 4) The close proximity of Zachary/Cory Lowe/Former Choctaw Electric employee that once again theft of electricity is occuring-Zach Lowe was /is friends with the person responsible for the previous theft of electricty that occured from the property of Diane Franke and may have... I am a female DISABLED VETERAN and This CHOCTAW ELECTRIC EMPLOYEE has SNOOPED AND TRESPASSED ON MY PROPERTY CONSTANTLY WITH HIS BUDDIES-He HANGS OUT IN THE WOODS NEXT TO MY FENCE AND CALLS ME A ***-When I have GOATS OUT HE SHOOTS OVER THEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE ME.He has HARRASED AND KILLED MY ANIMALS -He has followed me on at least two occasions when I have left my property.CHOCTAW ELECTRIC IS AWARE OF THIS SCUMBAG AND THE SITUATION BUT REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Living without HEAT THIS WINTER so that I can afford security lights FOR MY SAFETY because OF THE HARASSMENT FROM THIS CHOCTAW ELECTRIC EMPLOYEE-CHOCTAW ELECTRIC IS OVERCHARGING ME ON MY BILL BECAUSE I MADE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR SO CALLED EMPLOYEES...

What I would like is for xxxxxxx area Choctaw electric employees TO STAY OFF OF MY PROPERTY-Despite numerous contacts with the home office and management they still persist coming onto my property at odd hours at night WITHOUT consent.If there is to be ANY access it is to be via the front gate and ONLY in an emergency-None of this jumping the back fence like has been occurring-Signs are clearly posted on my property" POSTED/Private Property'-If the lock or chain on my from gate is cut by a Choctaw Electric Employee there needs to be documentation of Who,the reason why and when this was done. and I am to be permitted access/review of this documentation.
PLEASE note that the xxxxxx xxxxx ,Son of of adjacent property owner xxxx xxxxxx works for WFE and is still very much a Choctaw Electric Employee-Emergency or not-Under NO circumstances is xxxxxxxxx permitted on my property-EVER.I have been dealing with harrassment ,snooping and trespassing and invasion of privacy from him and various other individuals since moving to this property aprox 4 months ago-He has even gone so far as to follow me when I left my ...
