I ave a seafood allergy.I ordered Chicken Sliders, Fried Macaroni Cheese Balls, Fries and Spinach Dip.

After biting into Slider, I received the taste of fish in my mouth. In talking with the server, she stated she understands because her son has that same allergy. She then got the manager. The mgr came, didn't introduce herself, but asked who had the allergy!.

She proceeded to say I should have told the server of my allergy and that they cook all fried items in the same fryer/. Another male manager came out, introduced himself and repeated what other mgr said'. He also said that all restaurants do that, to which I responded I haveveten at restaurants from high end to low end and never had that problem:. He made an incident report and I informed him that I immediately took my meds and needed to sit there for minute/.

He did remove all fried items from our bill". That night I only ate spinach dip and dessert/.

I reported to the company, but again only got told that I should have reported to my server my allergy'.In this case, wouldn't have made a difference......my server didn't know all items were fried in same oil. 3855306
